So guys hopefully by end of may should be out running on road but have managed to start running 5k on the treadmill pb 38.08

So guys I’m loving the gym it’s really helping motivate me after the bereavement and injuries. Now running on the treadmill 99% of the time I’ve got up to nearly 2.5k in 20 minutes so by the end of April I should be confident enough to start running out and about and completing 5k a few times a week. Going gym min 3 times so training going well. Thank you all for your support

Hi guys so I had another bereavement since last writing we lost grandad sheila’s Husband. What with that and getting influenza haven’t trained much but I’ve joined the gym to help alongside running in preparation for the race.
