My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This July, I’m running 31 miles to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by making a donation to my page. Your contribution will make a huge impact, no matter how big or small the donation. Cancer will undoubtedly affect most of us during our lifetimes, whether it’s directly or through family & friends. I am taking on this challenge in memory of a friend who I bowled with for many years who sadly passed away last year from Ovarian Cancer. Together we will beat cancer. Thank you for your support.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
