My Story
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 200 page. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 200 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. I first rode a road bike at the beginning of August and prior to that I hadn't ridden a bike for at least 5 years. I will be completing the Cycle 200 whilst working as a full time equine vet with two on call weekends in September. My boyfriend's dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in March and they used to cycle together regularly so I thought this was the perfect challenge to raise money in his honour.

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
