My Story

My reason behind taking part in Pretty Muddy - In October 2016 my Grandad was admitted to hospital due to having a pain in his back/chest. This was unusual for us as he was always so fit and active and never got ill. At first the doctors believed it was Pneumonia. He stayed in hospital for around a month until we found out he had Cancer, by this point it had spread and it was too late. He remained the happy, funny and loving man that everyone knew him to be right until the end. I am doing this as I want to raise money for Cancer Research; to make my Grandad proud and to prevent other people having to go through what we went through. If they'd have found the cause sooner maybe this could have been avoided and I'd still have my best friend. Help beat cancer sooner ? ..........................................
