I'm taking part in a Very 2020 Race for Life to help beat cancer

After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever.

I am still here because of the research conducted in the past, thanks to the generous giving of people just like you. My family's lives were ripped apart by cancer, twice in 3 months. But treatments exist that save lives and others need to be found. I am living proof that research makes a difference.

That's why I'll be taking part in a Very 2020 Race for Life. Unfortunately, as my body is still recovering from the aggressive treatment I went through, I will have to walk it, but I plan on doing 10km. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today if you are at all able.

If you’d like to join the Very 2020 Race for Life community, then sign up at raceforlife.org/2020

We won’t let 2020 stop us. Cancer didn't, so 2020 won't!
