My Story
I have decided to take part in the race for life to support my mum and everyone fighting and effected by cancer. My mum was first diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and was diagnosed as terminal in May 2019. After seeing everything my mum has been through and currently going through I want to try and help make a difference for people in the future! We won’t let 2020 stop us.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
