My Story
Cancer sucks. Majorly. We all know that. At some point we’ll all be affected by cancer. Whether it’s ourselves or those we love, this disease doesn’t discriminate. Thankfully, so many more people are surviving cancer than in previous years. But our work isn’t done until cancer bites the dust. I’ll be the first to admit that my running ability leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve always said “I don’t run unless chased” and so far I’ve stuck to that statement. So I’m sure you’ll all be just as thrilled as I am that I’ve decided to leg it for a good cause. After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today!
