In memory of my wonderful Daddy Bear!

In memory of

Brian Burford

10 Dec 1949 - 20 Sep 2013

Pancreatic cancer ... the silent killer, took my Daddy in September 2013. Diagnosed in June, it was less than 4 months before he passed. He went from being strong and active and still working to incredibly poorly within days.

The symptoms of pancreatic cancer do not present until stages 3 or 4 ... in most cases it’s too late to operate! There has been some great progress made in research over the last couple of years but so much more is needed.
