My Story
Cancer is happening right now - to many people, all over the world but personally to me I want to make the pledge to run this 5K for my dear friend and her family. They have faced this horrid disease with fact, humour and bravery! They have faced every decision head on and kicked its arse! They have taken a u-turn when needed and started again! Cancer hasn’t beaten this family and they are currently enjoying a well deserved holiday! Vicky, Steve, Ellie and Sam, keep doing what you do! You’re amazing and a force that, together, will conquer all! Xxx

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
