My Story
1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. My mam was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010. After many operation including a single mastectomy, she became a breast cancer survivor! Bouncing back from cancers side affects, we walked the race for like in 2013. Nearly five year clear, unfortunately she was again diagnosed, with a rare form of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and sadly lost her battle in December 2015.
