Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I feel that this is a cause most of us can relate to in some way or other and unfortunately more of us have been affected in some form. It’ll take more than me just walking, let’s face it I should be capable by now 😂 However, walking 100 miles in a month is a challenge for me, never really being into fitness, having to walk a number of miles everyday, to some it’s normal, for me it’s not. I need to keep up the motivation in order to achieve this. Already in my practice walks I’ve suffered painful blisters and pain in my legs (although good pain due to progress!), I take it as a positive that I’m building up stamina. I have been blessed with decent walking weather so far which has really helped, I’m not looking forward to the day it’s too cold / wet / hot and the excuses start creeping in...but no excuse I have to keep going. Thank you for your support, it really means a lot, the motivation and encouragement to keep me going 😊 xx
