As most people know I lost my gorgeous mother to bowel cancer just over two years ago. I talk about my mom all the time she is around me and apart of my everyday life but I would give so much just to hear her voice, chat to her, see her smile and just get a cuddle. It is a pleasure and honour to be her daughter and I am so grateful and proud that she is my mom and although I am so glad I got the time I did with her, selfishly I wanted more. If I can do some small thing to help beat this disease and prevent other families from going through this then I will. This is my way of acknowledging my mom, supporting those still fighting and those families like mine who are still grieving. I want my lifetime to be the one where I saw us beat cancer!
