My Story
I'm not what you call a natural runner and after a winter of hibernation, I fancied a challenge and thought why not raise money for a good cause in the process! I've dusted off my trainers (literally) and have started a 6 week training programme. I feel very very lucky that none of my family or close friends have been diagnosed with cancer but I know that Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
