My Story
This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Anyone who knows me will know that having a desk job, I'm pretty still most of the day, so 10,000 steps isn't something I'd usually do. However, Cancer affects so many, so I'm walking all over cancer - for all those I've lost, my loved ones still fighting and for everyone else who has been affected! Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
