I'm taking part in Dryathlon and giving up alcohol this January to raise money for Cancer Research UK 💕

As you all already may know, I was planning on taking on the London Marathon in April for mental health charity Mind - however an injury means I may have to differ my place until 2020.

I was planning on giving up alcohol for January to not only help with my training, but because of the effects it sometimes has on my mental health - so I thought I may as well raise some money for another fantastic cause at the same time.

Please support me by sponsoring me to help raise money for life-saving research - I know it’s a tight time of year for everyone, but any amount you can spare really does help.
