My Story
This is my 11th Race for Life, the first one in 2011 I did with amazing friends and no hair!! It was just after my 3rd out of 8 chemo sessions, since then I have come a long way. But it hasn’t been easy, I simply wouldn’t be here without Cancer Research UK, so any amount you can give will be amazing! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
