My Story
I did my last race for life with Katrina McCafferty in 2018, she was battling cancer at the time and I was so proud to be by her side, she was a kind caring selfless person who never complained despite the pain she suffered, it was an honour and a privilege to know her & call her my friend. She lost her fight with cancer in October last year. She has left a huge hole on all our lives and I will do this race for life in her honour for all of those who love her and miss her.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
