In Memory of Sarah Beeny

My Story
We have chosen to support Cancer Research, in memory of one of our late designer-makers Sarah Beeny, whose work many of you will have purchased over the years. Sarah was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer at the start of lockdown and underwent treatment, becoming all clear in 2021. However in February 2022 the cancer returned, spreading to her liver and possibly spine. It spread faster than expected and just a few weeks later, Sarah died on April 18th. Leaving husband Paul and two boys; Harry, 11 and Zak, 13. Sarah's sister Rachel has decided to carry the business on, in honour of Sarah and will be managing this alongside being a midwife.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
