I have the honour of taking part in the Race for Life at Home this April in support of Ashleigh Thomson 💓 To hear the news that an old school friend was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma at the age of 27 and after becoming a new Mum to a beautiful daughter was absolutely heartbreaking. Ashleigh being her positive, upbeat self has taken everything in her stride and following chemo treatment I’m delighted that she is winning the battle! She is such an inspiration to us all, raising her baby girl while fighting this disease! Any donations towards the lifesaving Cancer Research would be greatly appreciated. Keep fighting Ashleigh, we’re right behind you! 💪🏼❤ After a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever. That's why I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s ground-breaking work, so please sponsor me today! If you’d like to join the Race for Life at Home community, then sign up at raceforlife.org/race-for-life-at-home
CAUSE
Lymphoma
Survival rates for many types of lymphoma has increased significantly – now, twice as many people survive non-Hodgkin lymphoma as in the 1970s. And four out of five people will survive Hodgkin's lymphoma, compared to fewer than half of patients in the 1970s. Help Cancer Research UK improve effective treatments and survival with your donation.
