My Story
Thank you for visiting our Fundraising Page. We started this project in hopes to help raise awareness for those that are affected by cancer during this trying time. June is National Cancer Survivor Month. The purpose of this fundraising is to motivate and encourage other cancer patients in their paths in recovery, as well as commemorate the lives of people who have passed due to the disease. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
