I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner!
As many of you know, 6 months ago I found out I had skin cancer. The lovely Doctor cut out my little tumour and left me with a very large excision on my back that was sewn up with beautiful stitches 😏 I then had a very anxious wait whilst my other lumps and bumps were looked at, a biopsy taken and my face cauterised. Fortunately, I got the all clear! 🎉 This experience made me realise how lucky I am. I know many people that have had much tougher fights, some have beaten cancer and sadly too many have lost the fight. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
