Thanks for taking the time to visit our fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to our page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. We are a group of students from Henley College. As part of our Business BTEC Level 3 course, we have to create a business event. Every member in our group has had a family member that has been affected by Cancer in some kind of way. Sofia Lancaster, Josh Lloyd, Eliza Harding, Katie Mortimer, Beth Williams, Kieran Jeffs and Ibraheem Kamran would like to take the opportunity to raise as much money and awareness as we can. We will be creating an event on Thursday the 25th of April. Our plan is to do a pub quiz with a raffle on the side. We will be charging customers to be apart of the quiz and all money raised will be going straight to Cancer Research. Eliza Harding's story: On Friday 20 November 2015 my precious, amazing Grandma, finally lost her long battle against cancer. She was so special, creating many memories with myself and all my family members. We all love her and miss her more every day. She will always remain forever in our thoughts and hearts. It would be amazing if you could spare a few pounds to help beat this horrible illness.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
