I'm walking at Shine Night Walk in the fight to beat cancer - Please read my story below

My Story

I am about to embark on my first 13 mile Shine Night walk on behalf of Cancer Research UK. I will be covering this walk with other members of my team who collectively share the same vision in our support for Cancer Research UK. I am making an appeal for you to donate whatever is affordable within your means to support this awesome charity. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now (Can be as minimum as £1). For this week, let us all sacrifice that one drink / meal / outing that we would enjoy with our beloved friends / colleagues / family in support of Cancer Research. Many of you may have seen friends / colleagues / family with cancer going through the hardship. I personally have seen a family member going through this and believe me its a very emotional journey. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. I have been training over the last few weeks in preparation for this walk. See attached photo that shows my stats for 9th Sept - 15th Sept.
