Being a heart patient unfortunately I can’t run the 10k or 5k, so I’ve done the next best thing and decided to get a fine group of people together to have a laugh to raise money for Cancer Research UK

My Dad and all the other amazing people who lost their lives...
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. It has been two years since my dad lost his life to cancer and over the years many people I know have lost their lives to cancer, and as many, have survived cancer too. I have dedicated this event to my Dad - Ramanlal Mistry, and Maniben Mistry, Niruben Mistry, John Preston, Anita Gallagher, Sam Potts, Mohammed Hoque, and Nirad Ranjan Dey who lost their fight to the disease.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
