As a team, we have chosen to fundraise on behalf of Cancer Research UK because it is a cause close to many of us.
My Story
A team from Precision Pneumatics is taking part in the Colour Obstacle Rush at Aintree Racecourse. We will, of course, have lots of fun just getting round the course but if getting covered in paint can help us raise some money to help beat cancer then so much the better! Our team is Julie Prescott, Oby Umeh, Hayley Stanton, Lyndsey Beckett, Gemma Weston, Karen Drewry and Maddie Redmond. The run was Maddie's idea, possibly because she wanted to see her mum (Karen) covered in paint! It's something the whole company has got behind and is just one of a number of activities we are doing as a business to raise money for Cancer Research UK. We would be extremely grateful for any sponsorship pledged, which will help to beat cancer sooner.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
