My Story
In June 2017 we unfortunately lost my nan to a brain tumour that we watched her suffer with for over a year. Losing her rocked our family as she had such a big and bright personality and we all loved her immensely. Personally, she was a huge part of my childhood and I miss her every single day. I'm taking part in the race for life in memory of my nan, and I want to raise as much money as possible so that hopefully less people will have to go through what my nan and our family went through.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
