My Story
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page, and special thanks if you came to the Deanery Orchestra Christmas Concert on Saturday 8th December. Beryl played violin in our orchestra and was loved for her kindness, enthusiasm and encouragement of others. Sadly, Beryl passed away this year and asked for any donations to be made to CRUK. In memory of Beryl we have taken the opportunity to raise funds for CRUK through our Christmas Concert. The money raised will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
