Hi! Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Some of you may know that over the last few weeks I've had a minor skirmish with this b*st*rd disease, but it's nothing in comparison to what some of my friends have recently been through, and currently still going through. You could say I've been playing it all close to my chest and I didn't want to make a mountain out of a molehill :-) So this January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. I’ll be ditching the drink for one month, and maybe even longer, to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. If you wish to donate that would be great, but if not it's totally fine. If nothing else I will be helping maintain the profile of this charity and raising awareness. And with a bit of luck I might even shed a few pounds as well.
