My Story
We have just finished our 72nd holes of golf and completed the four rounds we undertook on behalf of Cancer Research UK!! The "Four Under Par" team of myself, Mike Konig, Martin Samphire and Nick Warren had a great time however, our final round scores reflected that it had been a real challenge. The first photo shows us with our drivers feeling fresh and raring to go at 6:30am on the first tee of the first round and the other photo shows us by the 18th green of the fourth round, holding onto our trolley's for support, when we were feeling tired but very proud to have accomplished our 72 hole golf challenge on behalf of Cancer Research UK!! Many thanks to Downshire Golf Club who were totally supportive and did not charge us for using the course but most of all MANY MANY THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO DONATED to this very worthwhile charity as you can be very proud to have raised such a significant amount of money for Cancer Research UK !!! Together we can defeat cancer!!
