I’m walking 10,000 steps a day this March for Cancer Research UK. To most not a lot but for me ashamedly a stretch!

My Story

Our Mum was diagnosed with Lung Cancer over a year ago... Amazingly she has been given great news that all the treatment she went through has worked and the tumour has gone!!! Having experienced what Mum having cancer did to her and our family and the lasting effects it has had; I am proud to help this charity in a small but important way. Now then... to some (Most) of you 10,000 steps a day and above is the norm. For me I am ashamed to say it is a stretch!!! I currently average about 4,300 on a good day and far less when working from home. I am up for this challenge and with your support we will smash it and help the fight against cancer. Thank you x

With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
