Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with Cancer in their lifetime. We all know someone close to us who has been effected. Through Cancer I have lost my father, grandmother, aunt, and have friends and relatives who are still fighting this terrible disease now. The Covid-19 pandemic has made it even more difficult for cancer patients and researchers, so I had pledged to run at least one mile every day since the first UK Lockdown (22nd March 2020) for a full 12 months, averaging ~30 miles per week and ending with a (solo)marathon in March 2021. That was successful so I carried on and at time of writing this update I’m at Day 538 of my run Streak, which included the Bustinskin WMD 70.3(mile) triathlon! The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for any donation that you can kindly give.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
