My Story
We all know what Cancer is and what it does. We've all been affected by it and probably will be again. So my tiny effort this year is the 100 Push-Ups a Day Challenge to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. That's 100 press ups every day in September. The more you donate, the less ill have to post images of me doing it, so don't delay, donate today! Thanks update.... So, I broke my arm, which makes press-ups impossible. I will therefore do 100 squats AND 100 sit-ups a day instead. But it's not about me, it's about the money.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
