Thank you for taking the time to read this, I am back doing Race for Life year after having to miss a couple for a knee injury but i am doing this for so many different reasons but mostly to raise awareness and to try and help beat cancer. Cancer effects so many people in the world in so many ways. I have witnessed first hand many family and friends fighting cancer and winning, some sadly losing their battle and are missed dearly every day and seeing family and friends go through the heartache of dealing with cancer. Having gone through it myself (32 yrs ago) i know how important every penny is to help beat this and support families out there who are coming to terms with it after their world's being turned upside down. I know times are tough for a lot of people but every penny you can spare would be greatly received and its knowing that I have support behind me that will help me get round the track on the day and complete the race for life with a big smile on my face. Thank you for the support, Pauline xx xx xx xx
