My Story
In January 2020 I was a diagnosed with breast cancer. The treatment I received was hard going but saved my life. I am one of the lucky ones who found my cancer early so it was treatable. I’m thankful to be here to tell the tale. I’d like to raise as much money as possible to help those who may not be as lucky as me. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
