I would like to raise £1000 to support cancer research in honour of my mum and in support of all those affected by cancer. If I hit my target I will be letting my grandad take the clippers to my beloved barnet and shaving my hair. On the 7th Dec my mum passed away after several months of ill health. It was only after her passing that we discovered she had been living with bowel cancer.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
