My Story
For my yoga fundraiser this year, I have chosen Cancer Research UK as the recipient. Cancer in it’s many forms has affected my loved ones, as I am sure it will have affected you and yours. My husband Peter has survived advanced melanoma, my brother John was not so fortunate and he passed away three years ago from oesophageal cancer. I have a friend Serena who is currently being treated for ovarian cancer and another friend Pat, currently being treated for breast cancer. I have a friend who has survived breast cancer, Linda and another friend Linda, who didn’t. Another friend Julie, has ongoing chemo for a cancer affecting her blood.
