My Story
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Paul and Martin are doing a 1000 mile non stop motor bike ride (apart from necessary comfort breaks and to get fuel!) On the 19/20th of July. Leaving Granada services on the evening of the 19th aiming to complete in 24hrs. The motivation is through loosing family members and close family friends to this horrific disease. We'd like to remember Phil, Ken, Pam, Norma, Ian, Hazel, Tony and Micheal. Dear family and friends. Several have taken on the disease and beaten it. Sheila, Kate and Marion. Also Martin's Dad. At this time our dear brother, Mark is battling bravely.
CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
