Patrick's Giving Page

I will be taking part in the Shine London Half Marathon to help raise money for rare cancers and also in memory of loved ones who unfortunately have been lost to this disease. I am also walking to support my partner who at the time of the walk will be near enough a year free of treatment who I am so proud of. Cancer affects people in so many different ways, whether it be family or friends. You may not have had an immediate impact from it but we, as a community can help make a difference, whether it be large or small. Everything that we do does and will help to find/fund breakthroughs to help so many peoples lives for the better. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years, if you are able to donate please feel free to - as I have mentioned the impact we have whether it be large or small is something that puts us in the right direction of helping beat this!
