My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Over the last two years, two of my very good friends (Martin & Peter) have both been diagnosed with terminal Cancer. I have spent the last two years helping my friends and we have become very close I've learned so much about Cancer and the constant need for support to allow for this amazing treatment available today. My friend Martin who has stage 4 terminal Lung Cancer is not in a position to take part in "Run for Life" so I thought I would step up and run in his place. I've had two heart attacks over the last few years and have 6 stents, so I will not be racing around but will hope to be going the distance without the need for the St Johns Ambulance or a Defribulator. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!
