Parishes of Kings Worthy & Headbourne Worthy The Big Quiz
Fri 29 Jan 2021
Live from your living room on Friday night at 8pm, we have a quiz for you like no other. Hosted by Amanda & Mike, The Big Quiz for Cancer Research UK will feature 5 rounds of 10 questions. General knowledge, sport, music, Disney, entertainment, you name it, we'll be quizzing you on it… and we promise you, this quiz isn’t all about science! Thank you for joining us and supporting people affected by cancer. Please donate as much as you can so that we can continue our life-saving work. Enjoy the quiz! Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading charity dedicated to saving lives through research, influence and information. Our vision is to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. The constant news about the coronavirus can be worrying. People with cancer, and their families, might feel especially worried about the virus, as cancer and its treatments can lower your ability to fight infection. You can find information and advice for patients on our website: https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/about-cancer/cancer-in-general/coronavirus-and-cancer. With your help, our research will continue to save lives throughout this crisis and into the future. Of the money you raise for The Big Quiz, 20% will go to Cancer Research UK’s Bobby Moore Fund, 20% will be given to Cancer Research UK’s Stand Up To Cancer campaign and the remaining 60% will be used to fund Cancer Research UK’s lifesaving work.
