World Cancer Day 2021, is on 4th February, where we celebrate a day that unites people, communities and entire countries to raise awareness, so join Team InspireFit for our 21 Days of Pilates Challenge to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. Donate £5 to join us for this exciting challenge where we will send you a 10 minute Pilates routine every day for 21 days. Why not get your family and friends to join in the fun too! Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
