Cancer used to be a dreaded word, but now nearly everyone you meet is either living with or know someone with cancer. I was unfortunate enough to watch family members go through the horrible battle of it, and in one case, lost their battle. As much as i dislike running, I'm digging my trainers and running 5k to raise as much money as i can, along with Sarah, to help beat cancer!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
