Most organizations have challanges with productivity when the morale of their employees is low.Some of the attitude you would observe in such an environment are lack of enthusiasm for work.When your worker's determination to succed is at a low point, there is no chance given to others especially people who are different.I want to build an organisation to help boost the morale of employees and break the illusion that people who are different are not good enough. I want to say I helped find a cure for cancer. As a kid I watched a movie that changed my life for the better My sister's keeper was the title of the movie.This movie helped me see what was happeing in the real world and not everything in life is how it seems in reality tv shows. As a sister of two I started to wondered what if this was to happen to us.I would want to know someome is out their raising money to help find a cure for cancer. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to raise £100.00 to help beat cancer sooner. Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me.
