My mum had cancer when I was 9 years old. Thankfully, she's ok now but lots of our friends have had cancer in their lives. One of our best friends has just been diagnosed. At first, I thought I couldn't really do much to help but, actually, I can. So I thought I'd train to run 10k. Please, please sponsor me and help me raise lots of money for cancer research. CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
