My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon and raising money for Cancer Research UK by ditching the drink for one month and fundraising for life-saving research. Cancer affects so many people, including my mam over 5 years ago who won her battle but many others aren't so fortunate. The sooner we beat cancer the better and Dryathlon is my small way of helping! Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
