My Story

Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September, before the end of the month, I made the decision to cycle 300 miles on the gym bike for Cancer Research UK. I actually managed to cycle 300 miles in 6 days. Below is some of my progress that i have made and a documentation of my journey. I want to raise money for life-saving research and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research so please show your support with a donation to my page. 01/09/2020: I did 10KM IN UNDER 19 MINUTES, 20KM IN UNDER 38 MINUTES, 30KM IN UNDER AN HOUR. I ended up doing 35KM IN JUST OVER AN HOUR. It took me about 72 MINUTES TO CYCLE 35KM. Bringing my total to 70KM TODAY. 02/09/2020: I did 32KM in about 66 minutes. I did 10KM in under 19 minutes, 20KM IN 38 MINUTES, 30KM IN 58 MINUTES, and a total of 32KM IN 62 minutes. That means I’ve cycled 134KM in two days or 83 Miles. I actually ended up getting to the gym and starting at 11PM. I kept to my 10KM in under 20 MINUTES, 20KM IN UNDER 40 Minutes and 30KM IN UNDER 60 minutes. I ended up doing 34KM for this session and that took about 67 MINUTES. Bringing my daily total to 100KM. In total I have now done 170KM IN TWO DAYS OR 105 MILES. 03/09/2020: I only did 30KM today. 04/09/2020: I did 10KM in 18 MINUTES, 20KM in 38 MINUTES, 30KM IN 57 MINUTES. I ended up doing 76 MINUTES TO DO 40KM DURING THAT SESSION. So far I have done 270KM IN 4 DAYS. I continued with my bike ride. Once again I carried on with the same pace. 10KM IN 18 MINUTES, 20KM IN 38 MINUTES, AND 30KM IN 58 MINUTES. That brings my TOTAL TO 300KM or 186.4 MILES IN 4 DAYS. 05/09/2020: I cycled 60KM today. In my first session I did 36KM in 69 Minutes. I did 10KM in 18 MINUTES, 20KM in 38 MINUTES, 30KM IN 57 MINUTES. I went back to the gym later on in the evening to do 24KM in 46 minutes.
