My Story
I’m running 10K to raise money for Cancer Research UK this spring! After having baby Ella 6 months ago I am finally ready to get fit and strong again so I thought I would take this opportunity to raise money for a very special charity. Like many families up and down the country, some of my very nearest and dearest have been affected by cancer recently which is why I choose to continue to support Cancer Research UK. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
