I’m going be a sugar-free vegetarian for the entire month of February! Please support me!

My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Don't forget to add Gift Aid! I'm pledging to be sugar free again, this time for the entire month of February!! To add a further element to my challenge, I am also pledging to be vegetarian for the entire month of February!! Like many other people, I have family members who either have been or are currently affected by cancer. Everyone knows that I am The World's Worst Sugar Monster! Sugar-free for me means no added sugar. Therefore:- No chocolates, sweets, cakes, biscuits, desserts, waffles(!) No fizzy drinks, milkshakes, alcohol, hot chocolate(!) No sugar added to tea/coffee No food with added sugar Food with naturally occuring sugar is allowed, such as fruit. Added challenge; Only food suitable for vegetarians is allowed!! (Sadly, no margaritas allowed either!) Giving up sugar for an entire month AND being vegetarian is going to be so difficult for me, but it's a small sacrifice to make to raise money for a worthy cause and to help beat cancer sooner. Please help me to do my little bit and support my challenge to be a sugar-free vegetarian for the month of February. My fundraising goal is just a guideline - the more donations the better, but anything will be gratefully received. Help me conquer my cravings by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.

CAUSE

Bowel cancer

Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
