My Story
In 2017 I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. Two tumors that had spread throughout my breast and up my lymph nodes towards my arm. After surgery to remove my breast and 22 lymph nodes, I had 6 rounds of chemotherapy lasting four and a half months, 15 sessions of radiation and 18 rounds of immunotherapy lasting a year. Because of all the research carried out on breast cancer, I have had treatment specific to my type of cancer that has saved my life. My last scan was cancer free. I now want to give a bit back. I would like to help raise more money for more research, to save more lives and help beat this nasty life taking disease..........X
