My motivation, is my mum, as since she broke her leg, she has been working really hard to get fit.
In memory of
Everyone who has suffered, and has pulled through.
3 years ago, my mum broke her leg, and since then, she has not been able to run, or even jog, but she has been working really hard to regain the lost strength in her leg, and this 10K run with cancer research, will help not only strengthen her weak leg, but to strengthen her mind as well, allowing her to realise that she really can do challenging things, like marathons to help her and others.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
